DataLodge Terms of Service

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 28, 2026

DataLodge is a small company and this is a short, honest policy. It covers the datalodge.ai website and what happens when you request an invite to our private beta. The short version: the only information we ask for is what you type into the invite form, and we use it to reply to you.

1. What we collect

The only information you actively give us on this site comes from the invite request form: your name, your work email, your company if you choose to add it, and anything you write in the message field. The form also contains a hidden field that only automated spam bots fill in; we use it to discard bot submissions and it collects nothing from real visitors.

Like nearly every website, the infrastructure that serves this site keeps standard server logs: IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. Our host, Cloudflare, generates these as part of running and protecting the site.

2. Why we use it

That is the whole list. We do not build profiles, enrich your data from other sources, or use it for advertising.

3. Who processes it

Three companies touch data on our behalf:

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising.

4. What we do not do

5. How long we keep it

Invite requests live in our mailboxes for as long as we are running the beta and its waitlist, so we can come back to you when a spot opens. If you ask us to delete yours sooner, we will. Cloudflare retains its server logs for its own standard, short periods; we do not keep a separate copy.

6. Your choices and rights

Email [email protected] and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. There is no account to close and no subscription to unwind; a one-line email is enough. Depending on where you live, these rights may also be guaranteed to you by law, and we honor them regardless.

7. A note on project records

DataLodge is not a system of record. Customers keep their authoritative project records in their own official systems; the beta services work on copies of information their teams already produce. Our Terms of Service spell this out.

8. Children

This site is for professionals working on industrial construction projects. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

If our practices change, we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change is material and we have your email from an invite request, we will make reasonable efforts to tell you directly.

10. Contact

Privacy questions go to [email protected], DataLodge, Inc. We read everything.
